The Fisec Trusted Electronic Signature & Seal Management Service Platform is a comprehensive business support platform based on national cryptographic technology, which integrates government services, realizes the full electronization of government business, and enhances administrative supervision. The platform transforms the traditional physical seal into a safe and controllable electronic anti-counterfeit seal, which can verify the identity of the electronic document signer, ensure the integrity and authenticity of the document, achieve higher security than the physical paper seal, and effectively solve the legal bottleneck problem that is common in electronic documents and guarantees the authenticity, effectiveness and tampering of government documents.

2. Features

Electronic Seal Management

The platform can manage electronic seals, including electronic seal production, distribution, and loss reporting. Users can set the seal usage time and perform offline seal authorization. The platform also has USB-Key seal replacement function; seal production review function; seal record function and user statistic function.

Super administrators can manage organizations and business administrators’ roles and permissions.

USB key management

Including Key registration, loss reporting, deactivation, re-production, usage control, USB-Key certificate replacement, seal replacement, etc.;

Seal optimization

Revocation of seal; re-sign the seal; move the seal; file protection; file lock/unlock; reading server time; 2D barcode, time stamp, cross-page seal, anti-counterfeiting printing.

It mainly realizes the seal making process, audit all the log information about additions, deletions, changes, and the log information generated when operators signing in.

Client seal service component

Supports electronic seal for documents in Word, PDF, Excel, and WPS formats, and supports the counter sign function, which means multiple seals from multiple operators can be stamped.

It supports seal component (middleware) and seal suite (outerware) mode, with full-text seal, selected content seal, cell seal, multi-page positioning seal, bookmark multi-point seal, automatic seal, seal endorsement, multi-department sealing, multi-department joint publishing function.

PDF sealing

Supports sealing for incoming PDF file streams and document sealing by specifying PDF paths.

seal verification code printing

Supports seal verification code printing function, the verification code is a 20-bit random sequence, uniquely corresponding to the original text. It is convenient for users to check the authenticity of the document.

Supports printing sealed PDF file QR code, users can embed the signature value and key information of the electronic file into the QR code and attach it to the specified position of the PDF file. The user can using the phone to scan the code to realize the file verification function.

3.Superiority

Supports the PKI technology system. The symmetric encryption algorithm uses the SM1 algorithm approved by the State Cryptographic Administration; the digest algorithm uses the SHA1 algorithm; the signature algorithm uses the RSA asymmetric algorithm.

Uses the USB-key approved by the State Cryptographic Administration as the data encryption computing device. Applies the digital signature and digital certificate provided by third party CA.

The back-end electronic signature management system adopts JAVA technology to support cross-platform operation; the front-end signature client are mix programmed by using VB, VC and JavaScript.

ActiveX, Com control technology. The seal system is developed by using ActiveX technology that combines electronic seal and digital signature technology.

All the encryption, decryption and signature verification work of the system are operated in the USB Key, ensuring that the secret information in the operation process will not be stored in the memory card, preventing the leakage of secret information, thereby realizing the high secure data operation.

Based on the relevant national electronic seal specifications, the system could generate electronic seal data with uniform standards.

The seals are consists of online seal and offline seal, which could meet the user's usage requirement in different network environments.
